Start from one email, PIN or address fragment. The core database resolves the full identity set across every merchant; you then supply that merchant's own Shopify, Gorgias, Dixa, Loop, Redo, Frate and AfterShip credentials, and the builder pulls the raw orders, returns, return tracking, disposition, disputes, fraud signals and support history into one bundle.

Seed the search
The identity walk is core-database only and read-only. An email or PIN is exact-matched; an address is a substring match on the shipping and billing address, so keep it specific enough to be one household.
